  • Only connect data sources you are authorized to connect, using credentials you are authorized to use.
  • Use database accounts that can only read. Do not use the Service to try to change or delete data.

  • Do not use the Service to process data in a way that violates anyone’s privacy or other rights.

2Not a control system

  • Do not use the Service, or anything it produces, to directly control equipment, processes or safety systems, or as the sole basis for a decision where an error could cause injury or serious damage.

3Security and integrity

  • Do not probe, scan or test the Service’s security, except as allowed by our disclosure guidelines.
  • Do not access, or attempt to access, another workspace, another person’s account, or data you have not been granted.
  • Do not circumvent rate limits, access controls, the read-only query checks or the audit ledger.
  • Do not upload malware or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not share passkeys, recovery codes or session cookies, or create accounts by automated means.

4Misuse

  • Do not use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent or infringing.
  • Do not use invitations or recovery email to send spam or harass anyone.
  • Do not place excessive automated load on the Service, or scrape it.
  • Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties, or reverse engineer it, except as permitted by law or agreed in writing.
  • Do not use the Service or its output to build a competing product or to train AI models.

5Enforcement and reporting

If we believe this policy has been violated we may remove content, block access or suspend a workspace, as described in the Terms. Where practical we will contact you first. Report suspected abuse to matt@coastalcarolinatech.com.
